Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Lokaah website and API, operated by PranaAlpha Labs Private Limited ("Lokaah", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in India (CIN U62099KA2025PTC205507). By accessing the site or using the API you agree to these Terms. If you use the API on behalf of an organization, you accept these Terms for that organization and confirm you are authorized to do so.

The service

Lokaah provides an API, available over the Model Context Protocol, that returns resolved, cited entities and the relationships between them. We may update, improve, or change the service. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation except as set out in a separate written service-level agreement, if any.

Early access

The service is currently in early access. It may change, and features may be added or removed as it matures. A free monthly allowance lets you get started at no cost; usage beyond it is paid, as set out under Fees below and on our pricing page.

Accounts & credentials

• ·Access is authorized over OAuth. Keep your credentials and tokens confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• ·Provide accurate account information and keep it current.
• ·Notify us promptly at support@lokaah.ai of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

Your use must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or limit access for violations or to protect the service.

Fees

A free monthly allowance is included at no cost. Usage beyond that allowance is billed per the pricing in effect, and we will give reasonable notice before changing it. Unless the law requires otherwise, fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, other than taxes on our income.

Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the service, the underlying graph, and our software and content. You retain rights in the inputs you send, and you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service and return results to you. Subject to these Terms, you may use the results in your own applications. You must not strip or misrepresent the provenance and attribution attached to resolved data.

Warranties & liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or, if you have paid no fees, INR 10,000.

Indemnity

You will indemnify us against third-party claims and losses arising from your use of the service in breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or from content you submit.

Termination & changes

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end your access for breach of these Terms, or to protect the service or comply with the law, and will give reasonable notice where practical. We may modify these Terms and will change the date above when we do; continued use after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory rights you have under local law.
